Details of all LEGO Star Wars May 4th 2023 Promotions Confirmed

With May 4th just around the corner, LEGO have revealed the offers and rewards that will be available during the promotional event that runs from May 1st - 7th, 2023. This includes exclusive GWPs, increased VIP point rewards, discounts on selected Star Wars sets, and several sweepstakes.

Here is a rundown of all the deals and competitions that will be happening during May 1st - 7th:

Free 30654 X-wing Starfighter polybag with LEGO Star Wars purchases of £35 / $40 / €40 or more.

The cheapest GWP is a miniature X-wing polybag containing 82 pieces, which will be given out while stocks last.

Free 5007840 VIP Collectible Coin Set with LEGO Star Wars purchases of £80 / $85 / €85 or more.

Spend a bit more and you will also get a collectible double-sided silver coin (not real silver!), decorated with an image of the second Death Star. This comes in a blue case printed with a Death Star hologram, which itself is inside an outer black cardboard box. This will be available while stocks last.

Free 40591 Death Star with LEGO Star Wars purchases of £130 / $150 / €150 or more.

The big spend GWP is a miniature Death Star build of 289 pieces that includes the same printed Return of the Jedi 40th anniversary brick we have seen in several recently announced sets. Many Star Wars fans will be disappointed not to see an exclusive minifigure, but this still makes for a nice little display piece. This will also only be available while stocks last, so it's worth getting your orders in early to avoid being disappointed.

If you meet the £130 / $150 / €150 spend required, you will also get the coin set and the X-wing polybag with your order.

Double VIP points on all LEGO Star Wars products (equivalent to 10% off).

LEGO will be offering double VIP points on all LEGO Star Wars products between May 1 - 7. This is a good opportunity to build up your points haul and get a discount on rarely discounted sets, such as the Ahsoka Tano BrickHeadz and the new UCS X-wing, which will be exclusive to LEGO.com.

5x VIP points on selected LEGO Star Wars products (equivalent to 25% off).

LEGO will also be offering 5x VIP points on certain Star Wars sets. This promotion will be exclusively in LEGO Brand Stores, so it's worth booking that day off now and heading to your local store. The exact sets included in this offer is unknown as yet.

VIP discounts on LEGO Star Wars sets

VIP Members will be able to redeem their points for discounts on selected LEGO Star Wars sets. The details of this will be available in the online VIP Rewards Centre in due course and this will only be for online customers.

VIP Sweepstake

LEGO will be running not one, not two, but three VIP sweepstakes, where you could win either a silver R2-D2 minifigure, a retired 75252 Imperial Star Destroyer signed by the set designer, or a LEGO Star Wars gear bundle.

The Imperial Star Destroyer sweepstakes will be free to enter so worth becoming a VIP member if you are not already. The silver R2-D2 is one of only 10 made, so I think it's worth a punt if you have 50 points lying around. Entries can be made from the online VIP Rewards Centre during the entry period.

Exclusive May the 4th LEGO Star Wars VIP rewards

The final promotion is the chance to trade in some of your VIP points for some exclusive rewards, including a limited-edition numbered print of 75355 X-wing Starfighter (3,500 point required), a LEGO Star Wars comic book (150 points required), and a digital poster of every single UCS and minifigure-scale X-wing (10 points required).
