LEGO App-controlled CAT D11 Bulldozer set

The end of the year is only a few months away, and that means there's not long until hundreds of LEGO sets enter the company's extensive back catalogue.

In this article, we provide a list of all the LEGO Technic sets retiring this year, so you know which ones to prioritise buying in the months ahead. We also give the expected retirement dates for those sets leaving shelves further into the future.

2023

20 Technic sets are retiring in 2023, the largest of which is the App-controlled CAT D11 Bulldozer (42131). We also say goodbye to the Porsche 911 RSR (42069) after a lengthy four-year stint and the highly-rated Heavy Duty Tow Truck (42128).

It's also worth noting that the 4x4 Mercedes-Benz Zetros Trial Truck is still available to buy in the UK, despite originally being due to retire at the end of July. LEGO are currently offering a 30% discount on this set at their online shop.
