First LEGO Star Wars 25th Anniversary Sets Revealed

Two new sets have appeared on Amazon's Mexico site that commemorate the 25th anniversary of the LEGO Star Wars theme. The details of each are provided below.

Boarding the Tantive IV

Set number: 75387

Price: £49.99 / $54.99

Pieces: 502

Minifigures: 6

Available: 1st March 2024 (expected)

The first is the Boarding the Tantive IV (75387), which includes 502 pieces and 6 minifigures, and will cost $54.99.

R2-D2

Set number: 75379

Price: $99.99

Pieces: 1,050

Minifigures: 2

Available: 1st March 2024 (expected)

The second is a buildable R2-D2 (75379), which includes 1,050 pieces and will retail for $99.99. This set comes with a UCS-style display stand and a R2-D2 minifigure and an exclusive Darth Malek minifigure. This is the first time the character has appeared in LEGO form.

Both sets are expected to be released at the beginning of March. Official pricing outside the US and UK is not known yet, but it's expected that the product listings will appear on LEGO.com soon.
