The first image of the 10332 Medieval Town Square, which will be releasing on 3 March 2024, has appeared online. The front of the box shows two groups of buildings, one of which looks to consist of an armoury and fortified inn, while the other consists of a small tavern, a wheelwright, and a little house or outbuilding. The are also small builds of a shop stall, a merchant's cart, a small tree, and eight minifigures.

The set also looks to be a perfectly proportioned to sit alongside the Lion Knights Castle. This will please people wanting to create their own medieval settlement, which let's face it is most of us.

One of the early criticisms is that the animal count is a bit disappointing. From the box we can see a grey goat (using the same mould as the one in the Collectible Minifigures Series 25), a cat, a squirrel and that's it. Previous medieval towns and villages have included many more, so this is one letdown. The roofs have also be cited as being a bit basic compared to those on the Lion Knights Castle.

Personally, I think this is a great addition to the current range of Castle sets and it will be just what many people are looking for to flesh out their medieval displays.
