The online retailer JB Spielwaren, who are the source of frequent set reveals, once again have a product listing for a set ahead of its official reveal by LEGO.

This time it's the Creator 3-in-1 Modern Home, which includes 939 pieces and looks like it will retail for £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99.

The main build is a contemporary house with palm trees and a pool, while the alternative builds are a single level house and an apartment block consisting of three levels.

We can expect the official reveal to follow shortly where we'll get more details. Based on the timing of this leak, it's likely that this set will have a 1 June release.
