After a long build up, the Dungeons & Dragons: Red Dragon\'s Tale set has officially been announced today. It will release on 1st April for Insider members and 4th April for everyone else. The D&D themed Mimic Dice Box GWP will be added to orders of the set made between 1 - 7 April (while stocks last). LEGO is also going to throw in a Dungeons & Dragons adventure book that will free to download, or if you want a paperback version, you'll be able to purchase it for 2,700 Insider points.

The set features a tavern, tower, bridge, and dungeon, as well as buildable Cinderhowl (the Red Dragon) figure.

There are five minifigures, including four adventurers and an innkeeper, and plenty of monster figures, such as a beholder, an owlbear and a displacer beast. Each minifigure has an alternate head, to allow five friends to create their own fantasy adventure with their own customisable characters.

If you've been living under a rock for the past month, you should also know that a D&D Collectible Minifigure series will be releasing on the 1 April too.
