LEGO Icons Jazz Club (10312) Officially Revealed

As is traditional for this time of year, LEGO has officially revealed the next set to be added to the ever popular modulars theme with the Jazz Club (10312).
The Jazz Club will be launching on 1st January 2023 and has 2899 pieces, with a retail price of £199.99 / $229.99 / 229.99€. The price is a little dissapointing considering the Police Station has more pieces, is visually a larger model and it's a fair bit cheaper.
The build features a three storey Jazz Club for the main building with a small pizzeria of the the right. Also included are 8 minifigues, a scooter and a new pizza printed tile.
