Today the eagerly awaited next Star Wars UCS set has been officially revealed by LEGO and it will be set 75382 the Tie Interceptor. The Interceptor will have 1,931 pieces and will be released on 4th May 2024 for £199.99 / $229.99.

We haven't seen a UCS TIE Interceptor since set 7181 which was released all the way back in 2020 so I'm sure fans will be excited to get their hands on this updated version.
First impressions are LEGO has done a great job of replicating this iconic spaceship in UCS scale and the build will come with the customary printed plague, a stand upon which to display it as well as one exclusive TIE Interceptor pilot minifigure. One common gripe with UCS sets is the lack of minifigures so it would have been nice to have seen more than one but I don't know what other characters they could have included.

The TIE Interceptor joins quite a few other new Star Wars sets releasing on 4th May 2024 so it's an exciting time for Star Wars fans.
