LEGO has now revealed all the details of the four upcoming Lunar New Year sets that will arrive on 1 January 2024.

Auspicious Dragon

This set is released to celebrate the Year of the Dragon, which is next up in the Chinese Zodiac. It features a dragon model on top of a coastal rocky outcrop. The dragon has an articulated head and mouth and fortunately comes with printed eye and scale pieces, which are unique to the set.

Family Reunion Celebration

This is the largest of the Lunar New Year sets and is a substantial build, coming in at nearly 2,000 pieces. The central building depicts a traditional Chinese restaurant, complete with kitchen, reception area, dining room, bathroom, and, of course, a karaoke machine.

As is customary with the LNY sets, they include a minifigure dressed as the animal represent the upcoming year of the Chinese Zodiac. This means that in 2024 we get a minifigure in a dragon outfit, which looks rather cool. These have become quite a collectible series, so we expect this minifigure to be in demand when this set launches.
