Summer 2024 LEGO Monkie Kid Sets Officially Revealed

LEGO has officially revealed four Monkie Kid sets that will arrive this summer. If you're in the UK or Europe, that means 1 June, while if you're in North America, that means 1 August 2024. North Americans will also end up paying more than their European counterparts for these sets, with the pricing being much more favourable towards the latter.

I have to say that the smaller sets appeal to me more this time round, as I've never been a fan of towering but stripped back sets, like the largest of this summer wave, the Celestial Pagoda. The lack of a backing and the absense of stairs connecting the levels of the pagada are all too obvious compromises. We also get yet another gigantic mech, to go to along with the 80012 Monkey King Warrior Mech and the 80045 Monkey King Ultra Mech, although this is (only just) the shortest of the three.
