This blister pack was given away free to winners of a randomised lottery system at the 2018 San Diego Comic Con, with the lottery being free to enter for convention attendees. The pack contained an exclusive Black Lightning minifigure depicting the superhero as seen in the CW Black Lightning TV series, which premiered in January 2018.
