This blister pack was given out to each attendee at LEGO's 2015 Brand Retail Manager's conference, which took place in Houston, Texas. It's reported that around 100 copies of the blister pack were distributed at the conference, making this one of the rarest LEGO sets ever made. The blister pack contained an exclusive zombie LEGO brand store employee minifigure, which came with both a male and female head. In total, four exclusive minifigures were given out at the Brand Retail Manager conferences between 2015 to 2018. The minifigure printing was applied using digital printing technology, which is a manufacturing method that has only been used on these four minifigures.
