This blister pack was given out at LEGO's 2017 Brand Retail Manager's conference, which took place in Atlanta, Georgia. It's reported that around 100 copies of the blister pack were distributed at the conference, making this one of the rarest LEGO sets ever made. The blister pack contained an exclusive “Magical Brick Specialist” minifigure, a white rabbit figure, and a tile printed with the ace of spades.
