This blister pack was given out to each attendee at LEGO's 2018 Brand Retail Manager's conference, which took place in Clayton, Georgia. It's reported that around 100 copies of the blister pack were distributed at the conference, making this one of the rarest LEGO sets ever made. It's also reported that this was the rarest of the conference minifigures, as the fewest number of retail managers were at the 2018 event. The blister pack contained an exclusive camper employee minifigure, which came with a backpack accessory and exclusive tile printed with a map showing the route from Clayton airport to the conference's location. The minifigure printing was applied using digital printing technology, which is a manufacturing method that has only been used on these four minifigures.
