It included a small-scale build of Anakin Skywalker being operated on by a medical droid with a turn table allowing him to transform into Darth Vader. The set had a brick-built medical droid and two minifigures: Darth Vader and Anakin Skywalker, neither of which were exclusive to the set as they all appeared in the near identical 7251 Darth Vader Transformation set. This set was limited to 55 copies.
