The Brick Boulevard has reached 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas and now enters the first review round of 2023, where it could become an official set.

The Brick Boulevard is one of many modular builds that have made it to the review stage over the years, but this one brings something different to the table. That's because it incorporates a London Underground train station, which sits on the ground floor. This clever design would allow LEGO builders to incorporate a train line directly into the heart of their cities, just like a real-word subway.

Above the station sits two two-storey buildings that are home to the ticket office and various apartments. Inside the station there are lots of great details, such as a tribute to the LEGO brick and a printed tile showing the iconic Tube map.

The project consists of around 3,000 pieces and includes six minifigures, as well as a LEGO train and some light bricks.

We have yet to see a modular building be approved as an official set, probably because LEGO has its own plans for where the Modular range should go. However, we think this is one they should seriously consider, as it would bring a new dimension to the popular subtheme.
The Brick Boulevard joins nine other projects that have already reached the 10K mark. These are:
- Medieval Seaside Market
- The Stargate
- Motorized Howl's Moving Castle
- Soyuz spaceship
- Stargate SG1: Embarkation Room
- The Crown - A Piece of History
- The Botanical Garden
- Sweet Honey
- Dr. Seuss and LEGO
