After so many leaks, the unveiling of the Mandalorian Fang Fighter vs. TIE Interceptor comes as little surprise. The most surprising thing is probably the news that it wasn't officially revealed already.

However, now we finally have some pricing information, and this 957 piece set will cost £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99. For that money, you will get four minifigures, including Din Djarin with his long awaited Darksaber. The other three are Mandalorian Fleet Commander, a TIE Pilot and R2-E6.

Of the Mandalorian Season 3 sets revealed so far, this is arguably the one people are going to want the most. Getting two rival ships in one box adds great playability and both are very solid builds.

The Mandalorian Fang Fighter vs. TIE Interceptor will release on May 1, alongside five other new LEGO Star Wars sets, including 75356 Executor Super Star Destroyer, 75353 Endor Speeder Chase Diorama, 75352 Emperor's Throne Room Diorama, 75346 Pirate Snub Fighter, and 40623 Battle of Endor Heroes.

This isn't likely to be the last Mandalorian set we'll see announced, as we're expecting the 75348 Mandalorian Fang Fighter vs. TIE Interceptor to be revealed in time for May 4th, which is rumoured to contain 957 pieces and retail for around the $100 mark.
