It’s reported that this polybag was available as part of a promotion in the early 2000s held in six countries: Germany, UK, Norway, Denmark, Australia, and New Zealand and could be found hidden in random containers of Nesquik. In the UK it’s also reported to have been given away as a promotional item with comic books. This polybag may also have been available to buy for a short period in the LEGO employee store in Billund. It’s not known how many copies of this polybag were distributed.
