This set was given out at the San Diego Comic Con in 2011 and features a Green Lantern minifigure attached to a cardboard backing by a 2x2 square tile. The backing resembles the front page of fictional newspaper called “The San Diego Brick”. A second variant of this cardboard backing depicting the front page of "The New York Brick" newspaper was produced for the 2011 New York Comic Con, which happened a few months later. 1,500 copies of the two set variants were distributed in total, and it's assumed this meant 750 copies of each were handed out.
