This set was produced to celebrate LEGO's new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles license and was given away free to winners of a raffle at the New York Comic Con in October 2012. The set includes a Shadow Leonardo minifigure with a stickered black skateboard accessory, who was stuck to the round cardboard backing by a 2x2 square tile. 500 copies of the set were distributed at the event.
