This blister pack was given out free to winners of a randomised lottery at the 2013 San Diego Comic Con and included an exclusive Green Arrow minifigure. The minifigure depicts the Superhero as seen in the Arrow TV series, which first aired in 2012. 200 copies of the blister pack were distributed in total, making this one of the rarest Comic Con exclusive minifigures.
