This set was available to buy for winners of a daily raffle at the 2014 San Diego Comic Con. It included a mini scale build of the classic Batmobile from the 1960s TV series and its film adaptation and minifigures of Batman and Robin, neither of which were exclusive to the set. 250 copies of the set were distributed to raffle winners during each day of the 4-day convention, so in total this set was limited to 1,000 copies, with each copy being numbered from 1 to 1,000. It's reported that an additional 250 copies may have been distributed internally to LEGO and DC Comics employees and event organisers.
